THERAPY, CONSULTING

Aly Winter, MSW, LCSW, RN, PMH-C

My social work journey began during my undergraduate years volunteering at shelters on Skid Row in Los Angeles, California. Since this time, I have moved a handful of places and have worked in a variety of mental health settings. This includes AIDS day treatment facilities, community mental health, substance abuse programs, and in hospitals. I received my MSW from New York University in 2014 and relocated to North Carolina shortly thereafter.

While in NC, my journey to parenthood began which brought an increased interest in supporting parents in their own parenting journey. I began to specialize in perinatal mood disorders and treating individuals in my community at that time. It was after the birth of my last child that I decided to change course and pursue an RN degree so that I could be more hands-on with supporting birthing families.

I have coupled my knowledge and experience in mental health with my knowledge as an RN and have a unique and thorough approach to treating and supporting my clients through life’s challenges and transitions. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to ensure that their needs and goals are being met in our time together. I look forward to meeting you!

THERAPY, CONSULTING

Zoë Endicott, MS, LCMHCA, PMH-C

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate who has been working in mental healthcare for eight years, caring for women in various settings ranging from mobile crisis intervention to university counseling centers. However, it was my own entrance into parenthood that clarified my interest and passion for women’s mental health. After extensive training in perinatal mental health, I became active in the local and global community of perinatal mental professionals—serving as a Postpartum Support International warmline volunteer, providing consultation and training for local doulas and birthworkers, and operating a private practice focusing on supporting individuals and couples in their transition to parenthood.

I have advanced training in the treatment of trauma through a highly effective modality called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I use this tool and others to help my clients pull up the roots of past trauma and find deep and lasting relief in their minds and bodies.

I care deeply for each client I work with and feel privileged to hear their stories and become a companion in their healing. While I attend to my clients as a professional with tools and expertise to help, I also listen as another human being that gets it. You are not alone and I’ll make sure you feel that.
